The Quick Tour has been introduced to allow vendors to show the key rooms of their property. Showing the size and layout of 3 principal ground floor rooms (Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen) and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. The Quick Tour is designed to give a better view of the property over what photographs would normally give. The duration of each tour is approximately 1 - 1.5 minutes, no music is added to the Quick Tour. Showing a good quick overview of the property, an ideal attention-grabbing supplement to your listing and social media campaigns.

Terms and Conditions.
 

  1. The use of the drone for aerial photography may not be available in every area due to flight restrictions beyond our control, as such elevated photos will be captured with the mast.

  2. ​Video tours may be recorded on a capable mobile phone device, or with a conventional camera - This will not affect the overall quality of a Quick Video Tour.

  3. Aerial Video can be added at an extra cost of £25 - and must be captured on the same visit.​

  4. This offer may be withdrawn at any time

  5. ​This deal will be extended into December and January 2022 if you have purchased 4 packages in each previous month.

  6. This deal is only available for ANY residential property. (It does not include development land, farms, and commercial property.)

Please Note: There is a 50p per mile charge, if the location is further than 15 miles from TA11.
